Each Player is entitled to maintain exactly one Account. Creating multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Your Account is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use your Account to place bets on behalf of a third party, operate as a betting agent, or engage in any form of arbitrage betting that exploits pricing discrepancies between los303 and other platforms.
Los303 uses automated fraud-detection systems that monitor for multi-accounting, bonus abuse, and arbitrage betting patterns. Accounts flagged by these systems are subject to review and potential suspension pending investigation.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity card number (NIK where applicable), email address, mobile phone number, and the bank account details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. You agree to promptly update your Account information should any of it change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Los303 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You agree to notify los303 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Los303 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Los303 may request supporting documents at any time to verify your identity, age, and ownership of the payment method associated with your Account. These documents may include a government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or passport), proof of address, and a screenshot or statement from your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other registered bank account. Failure to submit satisfactory documentation within 14 days of a request will result in your Account being suspended until verification is completed.
Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed for the first time. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without re-verification unless our risk-management systems flag the transaction for review.
Los303 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transactions.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are processed instantly using our real-time payment gateway. Processing times for other banks and e-wallets may vary but are typically completed within minutes. Los303 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 15 minutes for BCA, BRI, and Mandiri during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the beginning of the next business window. Los303 targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all withdrawal requests once KYC verification is confirmed.
To ensure the fastest possible withdrawals, always register and use the same bank account or e-wallet for both deposits and withdrawals. Withdrawals to accounts not previously used for a deposit will undergo additional verification.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Daily withdrawal limits vary by Account tier and are as follows: standard Accounts — Rp 50,000,000 per day; Silver VIP — Rp 100,000,000 per day; Gold VIP — Rp 200,000,000 per day. Los303 reserves the right to apply additional limits or delay withdrawals pending verification.
Los303 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. All deposits must originate from an account registered in your own legal name, and all withdrawals will be sent only to an account in your own legal name. Transactions originating from or destined for third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in Account suspension.
All Accounts on los303 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Los303 does not currently support multi-currency Accounts. Any deposit made i n a foreign currency will be automatically converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the deposit, minus any applicable conversion fees.
Los303 may offer Bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. By accepting any Bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms and conditions attached to that Bonus, including but not limited to wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiry periods.
All Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement for slot bonuses is 30x the bonus amount; for sports betting bonuses, the requirement is typically 15x at minimum odds of 1.50. You must satisfy the full wagering requirement before any winnings derived from the Bonus become withdrawable.
Los303 employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect and prevent Bonus abuse. Prohibited behaviours include, but are not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once, placing opposing bets to circumvent wagering requirements, coordinating with other Players to exploit Bonuses, and using automated or bot-driven betting strategies. Los303 reserves the right to void any Bonus and confiscate associated winnings if abuse is detected.
Once wagering requirements have been satisfied, the converted balance may be withdrawn subject to the usual withdrawal procedures. Any attempt to withdraw funds before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and all winnings derived from it.
Each promotional campaign published by los303 carries specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotion page or communicated via email or in-app notification. It is your responsibility to read and understand those terms before claiming any offer. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
All bets placed on los303 are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including stake amount, odds, and selections — before confirming the bet. Los303 will not entertain requests to cancel or change bets after placement except in the case of an obvious technical error or system malfunction.
Sports betting on los303 covers football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, volleyball, MotoGP, and other major international sports. All bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of that sport. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or venue change, specific sport-by-sport rules apply, as detailed in the los303 Sports Betting Rules section available on the platform.
Los303 offers togel markets for Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), and Macau pools. All draws are settled according to the official results published by the respective lottery operators. Results are displayed on los303 immediately after official confirmation. Bets placed after the official draw cut-off time will be rejected and refunded.

Los303 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return from betting or gaming activities. All gambling involves risk, and you may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Los303 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your betting decisions.
The Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and data feeds. Los303 is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the failure, malfunction, or inaccuracy of these third-party services. All claims relating to game fairness, payment processing, or data accuracy should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
In no event shall los303's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Los303 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account immediately and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being used in breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity has occurred; (c) the Player is underage; (d) the Account has been accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction; or (e) the Player has failed to complete KYC verification.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting los303 support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Los303 may take up to 7 business days to process an Account closure request. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
In the event that your Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, los303 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your Account. This provision does not affect los303's right to seek additional damages or pursue legal action.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability — shall remain in full force and effect.
Los303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
